Hi, how can I check ALL message to use them then with the bulk-action feature with only ONE mouseclick? Right now, I have to check EVERY single message and then click on bulk-action. Is there a way to check all message at once? thanks, marc ___ O

[otrs] Survey Module problems

[otrs] linking to a customer's tickets from an external source

hey guys, we're using sugarcrm which includes its own ticket system, but we like otrs better. since theres no simple way (that i know of) to integrate otrs into sugarcrm, what id like to do is place a link in each customer page to their otrs tickets. i already know that i can use a url like
