I think you'll have to look for yourself (or hire someone to do it
for you). Why would you want to use a system where customer accounts
don't need passwords in the first place though?

plan is to submit the document for inclusion in the main documentation.
I've put together a step-by-step installation doc to get OTRS
2.14installing and running on CentOS 4.4.

I have also tried to remove the line in the PostmasterPOP3.pl, OTRS then

In den Ansichten zu den Tickets z.B. Dialog Freitextfelder oder Notizen sehe
ich die richtigen Vorgaben für diese Felder
und kann die Werte gut eintragen.
