I just installed 2.2.1 on CentOS 4.4 by using yum install otrs-version.rpm. Everything worked perfectly except for the fact that their RPM was not signed. Needed to comment out gpgcheck=1 in /etc/yum.conf to skip the check. Hope that helps! -william On 7/24/07, Agim Cami [EMAIL PROTECTED]
