I just installed 2.2.1 on CentOS 4.4 by using yum install
otrs-version.rpm. Everything worked perfectly except for the fact
that their RPM was not signed. Needed to comment out gpgcheck=1 in
/etc/yum.conf to skip the check.
Hope that helps!

I have implemented successfully customer and agent authentication via

Hi,
I'm looking for a ticket-order in Queue-view or My-tickets-view that
shows all pending tickets with ascending order of pending-time left.
Is this possible (without code-modification)? I don't think so...

Hi,
the otrs::itsm-documentation says that freetext-field 3-6 13-16 may
not be in use if you install otrs::itsm, because they are used through
otrs::itsm.
So, if you have them in use, how do you move these fields to other
fields. I just don't know.
I could imagine to make

Hi,
Has any one any idea why one agent's follow up notifications are never being
sent to that agent, but instead are sent to three unrelated agents? All other
agent's work just fine.
