an OPM is an OTRS package that includes some modules, translation files
and others for an additional function. You may install it through
Admin-GUI.
1) download Opm

Thanks Jens, seems like I am almost there. I can send mail through my POP
account,
but not able to check automatically, using the Cron Jobs??
I have to use:
rt:/opt/otrs # ./bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl
Message 1/1 ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
Connection to mail.lightgroup.com closed.
rt:/opt/otrs # ls
.Xau
Has anyone noticed that subjects on FollowUps in the v2.2.2 are
somewhat mangled?
For example, the subject on many of our followups appear as,
[Ticket#200708251051] [Ticket#20070825 [...]
Is this by design?
Essentially it looks like it inserts the Ticket# and then the default
twenty
