Hi,
On the right hand side of the ticket, either in queue view or zoom view,
there is an info panel giving you information on the customer and the
state of the ticket etc.
Currently some of the text such as State, Queue, Locked Priority
appears in red by default.
Is it possible to change
Is it possible to change the output of the Print functionality
(specifically I think it's AgentTicketPrint) back to HTML? My previous
install of OTRS generated a printer friendly HTML page when the print
function was called; I would prefer to have that type of output because
it is much faster

i have solved the problem right now. It is a problem with user-permissions.
There was an user with no permission which wanted to perform the cron-jobs.
I have stopped this user-job and everything was fine ;-)
