Has anyone had the problem of the screen refreshing on the queue that your
in while your selecting tickets for a bulk action and your selections are
de-selected after refresh?
Is there some setting or mod that I have overlooked that will retain the
selections after refresh

I seem to recall that someone was trying to get their system to function on
https rather than http. As I recall they were looking at secure mode, it

How would OTRS know what time to automagically populate the field with?
In my ticket system, my technicians may not work on a ticket from the
time it is opened until the time it is replied to. It may sit locked
for a moment while that agent also works on another issue that was

We are running OTRS 2.1.2. I wanted to generate some
reports from OTRS on a daily and weekly basis. I've looked around in
OTRS and don't see any options to generate a specific reports. Any help
is appreciated.
