that works for me, excellent. I have deactiveated one option in a
specific dtl file and another theme. The user with preference set to
this new theme, has now this option _not_ available.

case you should probably build a notification (events) .
Even If the ticket was built by an arrived email where a CC was present,
response will be CCed.

I am having several errors after upgrading my OTRS 2.3.3 to 2.4.3.
How do I resolve these cases? Believe it is a problem with permissions
on folders. Already ran the SetPermissions.pl but there was an error:
Error in chown 0 0 / opt / otrs / .procmailrc: No such file or
directory

though? When a note would be added to a ticket, it would endlessly loop. So
this is fixed in 2.4.4?

der Fehler lag wie so oft an einem Schreibfehler.
In der Datei apache2-httpd-new.include.conf stand :
Perlrequire /opt/otrs/scripts/Apache2-perl-startup.pl
Das Schript wird aber kein geschrieben.
Der zweite Fehler war die Angabe der falschen Location
