[otrs] SSHA with OTRS

Hi, I'm trying to setup OTRS with openLDAP as backend. My openLDAP uses SSHA for its password and is it possible to configure OTRS to use SSHA? How do I go about doing that? Cheers, Kelvin _ Get

Hello, It's possible I have a server in the OTRS 2.4.5 and on another server the database (MySql) and Articles on File System? Regarding the database, I've got to work, but the Articles did not. I have already given their permission, but in my tickes attachments are not being displayed.

I ran a check modules and it's telling me that io::socket::ssl its not installed for pop3 ssl connection how do I fix? I went to cpan.org website found the module but it looks like a zip file once I get the file how do I make it work? Do I install it in cpan any help would be great sort of new
