Hi Roland, Since last Monday beta 3 has been released. This is really still not stable yet; but at least would be fully usable for day to day use and at least fit for use as proof-of-concept or evaluation. One thing to note is that the ITSM and FAQ modules are not available (yet) for OTRS 3 so if

In order to make time zones work consistently as UTC under PerlEx I've had to set the TZ System environment variable. Therefore, I just commented out the following (perhaps this is causing the failures) # set time zone to get correct references # $ENV{TZ} = 'Europe/Berlin'; The results are below
