Hi,
I recently started to try OTRS on LAMP. While integrated it with
windows AD, I got a problem.
Everything seemed fine, NTLM log showed that the user inputed from
the popup box was verified. Then, the login page appeared. I think if
the user was OK, the it should go to the main page directly.
:D depends, In some queue I use it to wake up some guys ... :D

To whom will the ticket be escalated?
Also, what's the "Notify by" option? All I can see are percentages.

Regarding question #1. I don't think you can restrict ticket articles from
specific agents. If an agent has read only (ro) and/or read write (rw) to a
group to which a queue belongs, that agent will be able to see everything.
If you don't want an agent to see any information about a c
