Try checking that the Cron service is set to automatic and started in
Windows. In our system it seems that fresh updates on the Windows box
kills the cron service and doesn't automatically restart it.

I have the same problem here with *FF_4.0.1* and *OTRS_3.0.8* - no autofill
on index.pl. Autofill on customer.pl works though. So I really suspect the
javascript on the login page for agents (yes, there IS javascript, as you
will see if you disable js e.g. with the NoScript AddOn ...).
