The toolbar shows count for tickets with unread articles (a ticket is counted only once, regardless of how many unread articles it has). It seems there's a config, Ticket::NewArticleIgnoreSystemSender, that controls if a ticket should be marked as read when it has unread system articles. I'll try

Hi Guys, OTRS 3.2.8 is re-installed successfully and works like a charm. A good exercise and nice way to learn OTRS. Performed a backup of the DB. Uninstalled 3.2.6 and re-installed 3.2.8 . Reinstalled 3.2.6 ITSM Bundle. Restored the Database. Replaced needed config files

Hello, Anyone know if i can print the linked children tickets information on the parent ticket? when i print a ticket and this one have linked child tickets i just can see the child's id and their subject. i want to print their status and other information, someone knows how can i do this?

No, this has been asked many times before. The way you achieve this is to have 2 mailboxes and setup an email address which delivers the mail to both mailboxes. You then use one mailbox to pull the emails into OTRS and the other mailbox acts as an archive. Steve On 3 July 2013 13:09, Ralf

I am running otrs 3.2.7. The customer site is not refreshing ticket detail when a new note is added by the agent. The customer set refresh interval in preferences to 2 minutes. Is there anything I need to do to make this work? Thanks in advance
