we're working very happily with the masterslave module, the advanced
optiosn are fine.
This is working very fine via the web interface.
However i would like to use it in the following manner:
- via API create master ticket
- via email create slave tickets

have finally moved to Linux.
Could you please help on providing me the link to the latest installer of
OTRS.
Flavour : Ubuntu 12.04.02 64 BIT. Additionally, a simple guide which has
steps to install it..
