I've Google'd and looked on the mailing list archives.
Is there a way to strip attached files from a ticket we want to close?
I also looked at the Generic Agent to see if there was an answer there.

an autoreply to give a URL to the customer for the ticket theyve opened?
(OTRS_TICKET_NUM isnt sufficient ;-)
