Make sure you have the execute bit set on the .pl files. Also, verify
that you have setup Apache to view the /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/ as a

Junk characters are displayed in the browser when ever an email is
displayed that is non-English (such as Spanish or Chinese). I also get
the following message even with English emails:
"This message was written in a character set other than your own.If it
is not displayed correctly"

I believe there is a cron job that takes care of this. I am also about

I have recently begun to receive the following error when running
PostMasterPOP3.pl. The error is for all new queues, I have checked the
configuration multiple times and everything is the same as the older
queues that are working:
