Hi, Make sure you have the execute bit set on the .pl files. Also, verify that you have setup Apache to view the /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/ as a ScriptAlias. This is an error that has little to do with OTRS, but is caused by not having Apache setup correctly. Specifically, Apache is not processing

Hi, I have installed OTRS without installing GD. I read in the manual that you cannot generate the graphs without GD, which makes perfect sense. However, I am not able to get even the text-based or CSV version of the stats to generate. Is this normal behavior? Or do I need to do something wrong
