[otrs] Customer Interface doesn't display tickets

Hi, I recently setup OTRS (lovely, lovely stuff) & I'm just about ready to go live with it and tell muh boss to shove his silly support logging methodologies and wotnot. ;) However, I am experiencing the unfortunate problem that the customer interface does not display any tickets, whether created
