Hi eveybody I do have a new requirement with otrs. I would like to send a SMS to an agent's cellphone when a new ticket is delivered to his queue. I dont know whether it is possible with OTRS 2.0.4. Does anybody go across with same requirement. Please help -- Greetings... __

[otrs] Nothing in crontab file

Hi all I am using otrs for past 3 months. Everything working fine. But when I try to view the crontab file, using the command crontab -l it gives a message without showing its contents. The message is as follows 07:24:56 listing otrs's fcrontab All the functions are normal. Why its happens

Hi friends, This is happened due to the bad execution of the bin/SetPermissions.sh. I was experienced the same problem. To overcome this set the permission manually after carefully watching the directories. The cause of this problem is in the prescribed script path of the files are somewhere else.
