hi guys, Just a quick update, I also updated ticket.pm as outlined in the bug report: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4257, but seems that it did not fix my issue. BTW - i'm using a windows installation, OTRS v.2.4.4 Is there anything else i should do? Hi

[otrs] issues with notifications

Hi all, I seem to have issues with the notifications, here is why: When I send an email to otrs from any given account, i do receive the auto-response with the ticket number, however, the agent is not notified via email of the ticket, even though the ticket gets routed to one of his queues, an
