I had a few issue with crashed tables last week and haven't been able to
resolve these.
Since last week I have repaired all associated database tables (ALL tables),
with "mysql repair table ..."
and via myisamchk. Either repair function returns an all clean yet the
GenericAge
Weirdest thing ever.
I am able to perform all operations except the ones which require the
genericAgent.pl when i had a closer look I got the below.
Question is - has anyone else come across this? I have not made any changes,

Over the weekend I have had an influx of spam. 17.000 messages all dumped into
one
queue + several hundred in another.
Problem is that I can't access the generic agent. Simply times out and when I
check the
process queue - it's clear the generic agents can't handle the amount of
messages

Anyone got any ideas as to why I *sometimes* get the following error when using
PostmasterPOP3.pl,
the whole POP process dies and I am required manually purge the affected
message from the queue
before I can continue.

how about you give your Team Leaders access to perform searches?
That way all they have to do is go to "Search" and then specify the last 24
hours (1 day etc etc) and they will be able to
see how many tickets were created. Alternatively, you could give them access to
run reports and print/
