Art, Yeah thanks for your reply, we did end up running out of HD space because I was running backups from the MYSQL db and storing them on the local machine while another backup utility was grabbing those and storing them in an ofsite location
we ended up removing about 12 gig of unnecessary
getting this error when I try to reply to a new ticket that was created
is it the drive space on the drive is full, or issues with the application writing to that space on the drive
if anyone has any ideas please let me know

I am getting the following error when I try to access OTRS
I am using MySQL as the backend DB, SUSE 9.1 for the OS, pointing to
Active Directory for authentication access
it seems like the user OTRS has lost access through my DB but I
cannot seem to get it working
I have rebooted the server
to start the MySQL
service it fails
any ideas on why or what to do at this point?

Queue called Projects and there are 3 subqueues under this. In one of
