Hi,
if there is a ticket in the Queue that I want to close and that I dont need
to add additional
comments to, a one-click closing function would be great, when the internet
is slow it
would save a lot of time...

hi there,
is it possible to go directly to the queue overview after having replied to
a ticket
and set that state to "closed successfully" ?
with the current settings i just go to the detailed view of the ticket,

after having already replied to it.
thanks in advance,

is this question still up to date or do you come along with Martin's
close.pl which is even
though a "hack" still much cleaner than mine php script.
I could make a clean version of it and post it here or on some website but I

Hi Chris,
thank you for the very fast answer, I've just tried it out and it works
perfectly!
Martin: A good idea to add it to the documentation... I can hardly imagine
Chris
and me were the first people that wanted to do this.
An even better way would be to have these definable via the Admin Int
order?
what I would prefer is:
address
default-answer-text
signature
quote
is that anyhow possible?
thanks in advance,

the ErrorPage 404 to domain.tld/otrs/index.pl and it works fine.
(of course, only for the otrs virtual server). i know its lame but it
