[otrs] Moving OTRS

OTRS database, users and all, over to the new box. Mail is already running (with postfix and procmail delivery, exactly the same as on the old box). How do I go about moving the database? Is there any specific pitfalls I need to look out for? Thank you -- Kind regards Hans du Plooy Newi

run properly? Are you sure mysql isn't started already? Try: /etc/init.d/mysql status directly after booting, before you try to start the service. Otherwise it might be that the startup script thinks it fails, but it actually succeeds. -- Kind regards Hans du Plooy Newington Consulting
