Hi,
Not a bug but just to say : it looks like the beta7 rpm is dependent on
mysql-server.
However, as otrs can be installed on any machine and connect to a remote mysql
server, it should not be a hard rpm dependence.

Question is : how to declare a "New Ticket notification" inside GenericAgent.pm
?
Will

which didn't seem to react, then it looked like I
couldn't select *any* option anymore, but after that it magically
worked again as before.
To be honest, I still don't know what exactly has solved it...
