I have created many services for my customers.
I checked which services would be the default.
Some customers are getting the defaults where others are not.
Any explanation?

Would like to associate Type of incident with the Service.
In other words, Type X would only display X Services available and Type
Y would only display Y Services.

And so on and so forth.
It is my understanding that now the my Company tickets would show all
the tickets associated with the department.
Am I wrong?

Is there a way to make different templates for the front-end users?
Something like a pull-down, to select a certain ticket/template?
