Is there any way to move multiples tickets from one queue to another? Or
close some of the with the same response ?
On monday some queues have almost 200 tickets including unclasiffied spam,
we have the delete queue , but move one by one is a long job.

I am using otrs 1.2.1 and some times i get the error "Malformed multipart
POST" lossing the response writen to a ticket., i have some users who want
to kill me for that. The error was also on version 1.1.3 and i did hope not

them?
