[otrs] Ticket unlocking and escalation

Can anyone help me with the unlock timeout and escalation feature on queues? I have set them both at 2880 (2days) and they just unlock or escalate at random times. I can't figure out what might be causing this to happen. Lauren Williams System Analyst - Lab Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater C

[otrs] Survey Module problems
