With the "Email Addresses" link, I have:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] valid
[EMAIL PROTECTED] valid
I have my queues which have the:
Systemaddress
field set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
which means that the auto-responses use the [EMAIL PROTECTED] "From" address.

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to use the "Phone call / new ticket" option.
Anything I enter in the "From" field isn't accepted.
The "Search Customer" also doesn't seem to do anything.
Any ideas / advice on how I can use this feature?

I installed OTRS a couple of weeks ago using it's internal MySQL authentication.
I've just been asked to change this to use the Windows 2003 AD server (via
LDAP I assume).
I currently only have two user accounts (other than [EMAIL PROTECTED]) in OTRS.
