When trying to create a ticket in an OTRS system with a pgsql customer
backend I get the following error while trying to search for the
customer in the From field:

I've got a non otrs customer database with username and password in it,
I think I've got everything right in my configs but the passwords in the
database are stored clear text, and unfortunately for the time being
will stay that way. Is there a way to have OTRS read password info from
the data
anyone running OTRS behind a load balancer? I'd like to run identical
instances of OTRS on many machines behind a balancer. Is there any
documentation on this?

Whenever you get a 404 you should always check your apache error logs.
