At the Top 10 articles is showing the categories.
When I'm logged in as user I can see that there are other categories, but
cannot access them, how to hide the categories that the User can not access?

In customer.pl interface we have the CompanyTickets menu.
Besides we have many tickets closed this menu doesn´t show anything.
Is it for only open tickets?

Besides the interface of interaction with the customer (customer.pl), how
can I directly ask the client to respond to my requests.
Because, it is not always the client is logged in the interface
(customer.pl).
