Dear All, I have configured the POP3 Account from the Admin So if I send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] that should be converted as a ticket When I send a mail ticket is not being created The POP3 account is open for all there is not restriction When I checked the logs it says Fetch

Hi All When a customer is creating a new ticket the Service and SLA dropdown nothing is been displayed I have created service and SLAs But the customer while raising a ticket the Servie and SLA are not been displayed in the dropdown Please anyone try to help me out Regards Sabeer
