Hi Perhaps one way of achieving this would be to create multiple queues e.g. Rate1, Rate2, Rate3 etc. Tickets can then be moved to the correct queue. You can then at the end of each month look at tickets in each queue and bill / invoice accordingly. Theuns Smuts -Original Message
