Hey,
When we create a ticket and immediately close it, is there a way to stop the
agent notification for a new ticket on the queue?
I know when we do an immediate close it doesn't send a notification to the
client but it still does a SendAgentNotification
Any ideas would be great.

Running on Ubuntu 9.04 with Apache2
OTRS 2.4.3 from tar but the problem was also present on 2.3.
When navigating OTRS (creating tickets, modifying tickets/config)
eventually the browser wants to download index.pl with 0 bites. If I
restart apache it seems to work or if I keep clicking the link a

Check the status of the syslog service: svcs -pv system-log
To restart the service: svcadm restart system-log
Now Solaris had a bad bug at one point I remember very clearly on a box that I
