i have upgraded to v1.1.1 and everything seems fine, but i can't
closed tickets anymore
the system generate a ticket with
subject:
cron <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> $HOME/bin/UnlockTickets.pl -- timeout >>
/dev/null
body:
/bin/sh: line1: /home/otrs/bin/UnlockTickets.pl: No Such file or
directory
but i don't
know why i have this /opt/OpenTRS directory

i do the following steps
1. rpm -e otrs-7.3
2. rpm -i otrs-1.0.1-01.i386.rpm
3. DBUpate-to-1.mysql.sql
4. SuSEconfig
5. reboot the apache webserver
6. rcotrs start
no errors, everything looks fine, but i can't start

as i try to update my otrs-version BETA8 to version1 with
rpm -Uhv otrs-1.0.1-01.i386.rpm
i get the following message
file /etc/init.d/otrs from install of otrs-1.0.1-01 conflicts with
file from package otrs-7.3-0.5-BETA8
whats happen and what can i do in this case?
