I found the solution for this: The settings for LDAP were missing: I hat to change the C:\otrs\otrs\scripts\apache2-perl-startup.pl : #use Kernel::System::CustomerUser::LDAP; -> use Kernel::System::CustomerUser::LDAP; and install the Net::LDAP Package from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfil
