Hi,
Thank you for your advice on the SetPermissions.sh script, which I executed
before starting OTRS. This does not seem to be the fault, however. I suspect it
has to do with opening the channel to the syslog service. But I don't know that
much about perl to debug it.

no connection to syslog available at ../..//Kernel/System/Log/SysLog.pm line 69
What coul
