I had the same problem on my setup as well. I was able to get it
working. Here is the configuration I have.
$Self->{'AuthModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Auth::LDAP';
$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::Host'} = 'dc1.exampleAD.com';
$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::BaseDN'} =
'ou=People,dc=exampleAD
I’ve recently done a fresh install of OTRS 2.1 on a
Fedora 3 box. I have everything working, except for the LDAP
Authentication. Im at a loss on this one. Our Active Directory is
running Windows Server 2003.
Every time I try, I get the same error:
Authentication failed, no LDAP entr
