i uninstalled 2.2.6 and installed 2.3 beta 2 and now i am not able to login
with AD authentication.

The official demo system at otrs.org is still 2.2.6.
Do you know a way to test 2.3 quickly ?

If I look at your Config.pm file, I have some remarks:
- For the SearchUserDN, did you specify a DN (CN=..., OU=,...,
DC=ksa,DC=lo)?
- Do you still have the old system? Does it still work with the old one.
- In the Customer data mapping, you map the phonenumber, did you add the

I just made sure that the otrs server could resolve the realm of the AD
authentication.
Maybe if you send your Config.pm, we could have a look.

I saw the same problem (First Bind Failed), as if the username and/or
password is wrong.
The problem vanished, when I corrected my DNS settings on the server.
