Just a quick update, I also updated ticket.pm as outlined in the bug report:
http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4257, but seems that it did not fix my
issue.
BTW - i'm using a windows installation, OTRS v.2.4.4
Is there anything else i should do?
