I am now confident about themes but here I have a problem
I want to personalize the search
So I modify the agentticketsearch dtl files
Like other screens you can put in comment the general code about freetext and
then select the ones you like:

That doesn't matter as long as the user has selected a theme in their own
settings.

I just upgraded my otrs from 1.2.3 to 1.3.3.
I always used the "default" theme. But now If I log in to otrs No theme seemed to be loaded.
The top line of the webpages is "$Include{"Copyright"}
$Include{"css"}"
Is this a permissions issue? Or do I need to do something more

is there anyone working in Themes for OTRS ? Or collecting them on a

I've setup a theme for the QueueView that tries to emulate the looks
of RT amongst other cool things (KILL button! :->).
