Try SELECT * FROM customer_user; and make that the limit is set to zero.

I'm deploying OTRS and I'm having a problem.
I don't want customers. I want agents!!
But I think that that function is used for both.
I'll try to substitute the What = '$self... for What= '*'
not sure that will do the trick but.
