The workaround I found 'til now is:
1) Before call Postmaster.pl, it calls a filter written in perl script:
| /usr/olm/bin/otrs-jpfilter | /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl
I'm using the Shift_JIS because it seems to be the best conversion from
ISO-2022-JP
that worked with Per
