One of our hosted webvpn was flapping intermittently reported by our help desk
this AM PST.

the fiber cut is still being worked on with XO,
our DID's we have with peerless is working correctly
the issue was most likely from verizon going into peerless over that fiber?
and once Verizon re-routed now everything is working from verizon
