We experienced a wave of one way audio early today and narrowed it down to
outbound calling with Windstream. We removed them from routing but are still
seeing some other reports due to “other”carriers using the same routes

pacific but thinking it's an underlying carrier

My datacenter is in Madison Wisconsin and we are experiencing issues from
stores across the US having issues connecting to the VPN. Looks like there is
definitely something going on there. Working on getting a root cause.

We had reports of both voice quality issues on VZW SIP inbound as well as
customers disconnected from our app then reconnecting. Seems to have calmed
down now though
