Within the Nashville Central Office, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th floors
currently have power to the rectifiers.

The AT&T issues are also reaching into Alabama. Several North Alabama
911 centers are reporting issues - Muscle Shoals, Madison C
For those not from the area, that building is a major old school Bell (att)
CO. The second outage was from the gas mains being isolated by local
provider taking their gensets offline. They had been power isolated by the
blast from my understanding.
