I thought I would try owfs again but there are still libusb problems trying to configure owfs 3.1p0. Strangely there are no problems configuring owfs_3.0p2. Why? I am running Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS, with libusb-1.0-0-dev I am getting the following when trying to configure:- checking if usb suppo

Tomasz, Thank you for the reply. As you have said I was hoping to set it up so that everything talks to the owserver but I am unsure how to go about this. My machines ip address is 192.168.1.101 and everything pertaining to 1-wire, such as scripts will be running on it. My owfs.config is:- ! se

Hi, I really don't know why I am having so many problems but the file system mountpoint /mnt/1wire appears to be very sporadic. I am running Ubuntuserver 15.04 with owfs 2.9p8. I had previously tried owfs 3.1 but ran into difficulty with libusb and after many days of research and trials, I gave up.
