No X10 support in owfs, although the idea isn't far-fetched.
The address space is small (256 devices?) but the properties would lend
themselves to filesystem-like handling.
As far as I know, there are no X10 1-wire bus masters.

There is a good group at heyu_us...@yahoogroups.com I suggest you ask there.

X-10 uses mains wiring, not strictly wireless but uses existing mains
wiring so you don't have to run new wires. I currently use that to
drive some of my output devices, although I am planning to change them
all to 1-wire as I have found that to be more reliable.

No wires implies battery power.
I have seem devices that claim a battery life of 10 years.
There is no point in replacing a 1wire cable with a power cable

Well, high cost, high power. And perhaps somewhat complex, especially if
required for multiple locations.
uhm... a high cost solution could be a arm system running linux and ds2480b
at usart port or usb port, and a wifi connection

Tell me more about how you envision using the Xbee devices.
Are you looking to have an owfs-like directory of Xbee devices, with
properties represented as files? Or would you use Xbee for 1-wire
communication?

I am new to this list and I am wondering if in the past there has been
any discussion/effort to add support for wireless devices, for example
XBee radio are reasonably priced.
