Hi,
When refactoring XML content one other choice would be to use our
"Tools->XML Refactoring" dialog.
It has a choice there called "Replace element with XML Fragment" which
might have been appropriate for this use case. Unfortunately it does not
seem to work if I place an entity reference in
Thanks a lot, this works well and saves very much time.

for replacing a primary term that may contain line breaks, using a
regular expression.

Hi,
This here is the consequence of a question and the answer from earlier
this day:
I would like to search in all files (xml-documents) of a project e.g.
for ATP and replace it with &primATP;
Is this possible with oxygen or is it more convenient to use e.g. a text
editor like notepad++? In not
It works!
Thanks again

Using a pure markup language, rather than a Turing-complete
macro-expanding programming language, has its merits and its drawbacks.
Why don’t you use the established internal subset mechanism for
centralizing these indexterm definitions?
Example:

oXygen is "just" generic XML editor. It depends on vocabulary you are
editing inside oXygen. For example if you are using DocBook you can use
indexterm with nested see or seealso elemen
Hi,
in LaTeX you could habe a macro in your preamble like
\newcommand*{\abk}[2]{(#1)}
then a line like
\index{ATP|abk{Adenosin-Tri-Phosphat}}
would give the Indexentry with the fulltext added
ATP, (Adenosin-Tri-Phosphat),

Is this possible in XML with Oxygin 20? I would be very
Dear Jirka,
There are two possibilities to solve this:
1. Use ant based transformation scenarios
As part of your framework define transformation scenarios based on ant
scripts and those scripts can use the framework provided xep for example
using a relative reference to its location.
2. Use
Hi,
I'm developing custom framework. Part of this framework is XEP FO engine
with custom configuration (fonts, hyphenation, ...) -- this allows easy
installation for users -- together with framework also XEP is installed
and available.
However there is one problem -- this XEP stored inside framew
