Not sure right now but I would like the option of perhaps starting with 30GB
and then buy more if needed.

I been using 3ix.org they are US based hosting service the price is cheap and
you get a lot of storage space. All their servers are Linux based and you can't
host ASP.NET sites.

you storing? Are you using a database? If so, database size allowed by
hosting companies is normally calculated separately.
