Folks, I'm creating a brand new Forms app to target Android and iOS. I have VS2019 for Mac and all the packages are fully updated (I hope) so I'm developing on the latest versions of everything. The Android app has passed the sanity check and I sideloaded it via App Centre (but not the Play Store

After more research about the dependencies around the Xamarin.iOS ecosystem I am pretty sure that I have hit a wall of dominos 5-deep. It goes like this: VS2019 Community for Mac 8.10.11 (8) comes with --> Xamarin.iOS 15.0.0.6 needs --> Xcode 13 needs --> macOS Big Sur 11.3 needs --> *(some iMac)*

How about running Big Sur on a VMWARE (or similar) system? There's some Hackintosh links around as well, for running it directly on non apple hardware. I'm getting tired of the Apple ecosystem refusing to allow updates, and apps refusing to upgrade unless you have the latest sparkling new Apples
