There is a birth centre at Royal North Shore, with team midwifery. Ryde hospital has
an excellent caseload model of midwifery care. I know some of the Ryde midwives working in the caseload model and they are
wonderful midwives.

exclude a woman from having a home birth. If anything, it would be better to
birth at home because most women with disabilities have their homes set up to
minimise functionalproblems whereas hospitals don't necessarily cater as
well.
